RIMA Industrial, in partnership with Rede Cidadã BH, is pleased to announce a major social inclusion project within the RIMA Group.

The first PCD apprentices were hired in January and February, but more young people will be given the opportunity to enter the job market by the end of April.

The apprentices chose the sector they would like to work in according to their interests.

We took a tour with them on the first day, introducing them to the company and the sectors.

With a view to greater inclusion of apprentices, RIMA Industrial will be promoting a communication workshop in Libras in the future, since all those hired are hearing-impaired people.
